The Pudding Bar- All About desserts

This new pop-up Pudding Bar opened at 26 Greek Street, Soho, on 19th July. As the name suggests this place is all about desserts. This restaurant has a creative, delicious seasonal menu as well as a huge wine list to compliment your desserts! that changes every few weeks. If you are hungry to try all- THERE IS ALSO A TASTING MENU OPTION WHERE YOU GET TO TASTE A SMALLER PORTION OF ALL THE DESSERTS ON THE MENU! (RRP £28)
If you have not tried it yet you must go!

Buttermilk Panna Cotta
with raspberry sorbet, fresh raspberries and almond crunches

EDITOR's FAVOURITE! This is great if you want some light and not too sweet. The raspberry sorbet and fresh fruits are quite sour which really compliments the sweetness of the pudding. This is my favourite out of everything else offered in the menu!!

Baked Alaska blueberry and cinnamon baked alaska with fresh blueberries and elderflower gel

The pudding is covered up in cream and opens up to a blueberry ice-cream inside. This is another light option (but the panna cotta is even lighter) for those who are not into too much sauce or heavy desserts. The elderflower jelly on the side of the plates were quite unique and goes well with the cream and blueberries.

S'More Cheesecake  Milk chocolate cheesecake on a ginger biscuit base, Peanut butter ice cream

The idea of peanut butter ice cream was very creative, and it was quite nice. The ginger biscuit was very refreshing. The milk chocolate gets a little heavy after awhile. Personally think more almond crunches would be better.

Choux Buns  with assorted chocolate creams, caramel sauce and pistachios

If you have a sweet tooth, this one is definitely for you. Profiteroles with a huge chunk of caramel sauce lumped on it. A bit too overwhelming for me. Would prefer if they offer a different selection of sauce.

The restaurant has three flours with the middle being the toilets and kitchen. Rooms are simply decorated with candles. There are no structures to tables and chairs layout. Very old furniture's are used.
