Ramen fan? You do not want to miss this. Kanada--ya, Tottenham Court Road

I FOUND IT!
This is BY FAR the best ramen I have had in London. The broth was slowly cooked and was full of natural flavours. The noodles were not fake (Yes, I have been to plenty of "Ramen" places and they served me Chinese egg noodles charging ridiculous prices. I was not a happy woman)
BUT BEWARE: THE SERVICE HERE IS HORRENDOUS.
CHAR SIU RAMEN RRP £12.50 (+ Hanajuku egg RRP £ 1.80)
18 hour pork bone broth, charsiu pork collar, wood ear fungus, nori and spring onion

You can choose how you want your noodles cooked.
Soft, regular, hard and super hard.
To me there's no big difference between these. I ordered hard and it wasn't too different from the soft one that my friend has ordered.
ORIGINAL RAMEN RRP £10.50 (+ Hanajuku egg RRP £ 1.80)
18 hour pork bone broth, charsiu pork belly, wood ear fungus, nori and spring onion
Salmon Origini x 2 pieces RRP £4
These rice balls are freshly made (no pre-made Wasabi rubbish). I forgot to take a picture of the inside but it was stuffed with salmon and it was almost leaking out of the rice ball. YUMMY!

Overall Rating:  (GREAT FOOD- HORRIBLE SERVICE!)
Staff:  (We were waiting for 20 minutes when this entire time there were empty tables inside. Staff were wondering around pretending to be busy but not cleaning tables.....)
Food:
Hygiene:
Value:  (Average Ramen price you would expect in Central London)
