Mash is a one star Michelin modern American steak house located in the heart of Soho, specialises in dried age steak- Argentine, Denmark, American, Wagyu... you name it.
Located at the basement, the restaurant is spacious and has a luxurious ambience.
The first thing you see is this bar, decorated with beautiful lighting.

Staff: (Beef knowledge- expert level. Very helpful and attentive, friendly and professional)
Food: (Steak was cooked to standard. I asked for medium rare and it was what I got, sides were so-so)
Hygiene: (Very clean, spacious dining area)
Value: (The restaurant was doing an offer - 50% off all steak! So it was a great deal! However, don't think I am willing to pay full price for it)

We ordered:
Danish Long-bone rib-eye
Sirloin, grade 9+
with Red wine sauce, Garlic thyme Jus
I asked for medium rare (I like to see red in my steak). The beef came just as I asked. Each table gets a personal service with the waiter slicing the beef in front of you. If you are not happy with the rareness, you may send it back. However, for us there was no need as it was done perfectly, just the way I expected. However, I would suggest the steak to be served in a heated pan, as it got cold relatively quickly.
The sides were ok. However, the chilli fries were a little soggy and there was a little too much dressing on our salad.

Are you sure MASH has a Michelin Star?
I know the proprietors runs Michelin Starred restaurants back in their Danish home but I don't believe MASH London actually has one.
Yes they do! It's stated at the restaurant entrance :)
